Team Registration Setup with DotGolf (Text Entry)

For team competitions, registration settings play a big part in getting the correct player and handicap information for each participant. With a DotGolf integration, administrators can setup registration, so players can add the handicap ID, and Handicap country of the partner onto the registration form. Follow the steps below. 

Within the tournament, go to the registration tab, and the sub-tab "Setup":

Scroll down the the "Team Registration" settings, and select edit:

Setup the team registration settings as normal, and set the partner picker to "Text Entry":

Once complete, select SAVE.

Next, select the "Design Partner Form" link to setup the fields of information required for the partner:

To ensure handicaps can be updated for partners, the "Handicap Country", and "Handicap ID" fields must be added to the partner form, and marked as required:

Once complete, select SAVE.

During registration, players can sign a partner up by adding the correct information to the partner form:

Once the partner is registered with the handicap ID, and Handicap country indexes can be updated, and scores can be posted.
