Accessing the member database and viewing member profiles can be done within the CRM tab of the console. The CRM tab includes various tools to manage and stay updated on member information. Follow the steps below to search for and access member profiles.
1) Navigate to the CRM Tab: From the homepage of the console, select the CRM tab, then choose Members.
2) Search for a Specific Member: Use the search bar to search for any member by name or other criteria.
3) Access the Member's Profile: Once you locate the specific member, you can access their profile by clicking on the member’s name or the "Edit" link next to their name.
4) Update Member Information: To update or add information, click the "Edit" link on the base form of the profile.
5) Save Changes: After making updates to the member's profile, be sure to select SAVE to apply the changes.
