BlueGolf 360 allows administrators to efficiently communicate with members using the Member Queries tool. By ensuring the proper fields are included in a query, admins can send targeted emails and text messages directly from the BlueGolf console.
Accessing Member Queries
- Navigate to the CRM tab.
- Select Members, then click Queries.
- Choose an existing query from the list or refine a new query to customize the recipient list.
Ensuring Communication Fields Are Enabled
- Before sending an email or text, ensure the [Email/Text Checkbox] field is included in the query.
- To add this field:
- Click Refine on the selected query.
- Move the Email/Text Checkbox from Fields Not in Query to Fields in Query.
- Save and run the query.
Sending an Email or Text
- Once the query is finalized, click More Actions in the top right corner.
- Select Email or Text from the dropdown menu.
- Compose your message in the editor.
- Review the recipient list and send the message.
