Membership Communication- Compose Custom Email

Communicating with your members is essential for keeping them informed throughout the season. BlueGolf 360 allows you to send custom emails to selected members directly from the CRM tab. Follow the steps below to compose and send an email.


Step 1: Navigate to the Communication Tool

  • From the homepage of the console, go to the CRM tab.
  • Select Members from the menu.
  • Click on Communication > Email> Compose Custom Email


Step 2: Select Recipients

  • Select the members checkbox to send an email to all members
    • If needed, use any other checkboxes to add additional recipients 
  • Use the season dropdown to filter and select current year members, Current+ previous, Current+ Last 2:



Step 3: Compose Your Email

  • Enter a subject line and the message content.
  • Format the email as needed using the editor tools.
  • Click Next to proceed.


Step 4: Preview & Send

  • Review the email preview to ensure everything looks correct.
  • Check the recipient count to confirm how many members will receive the email.
  • Click Send to deliver the message.


Additional Notes:

Use the season dropdown to ensure you are selecting the correct group of members.

Once Send is clicked, the email cannot be undone.
