BlueGolf 360 provides administrators with a comprehensive view of member profiles, allowing them to manage personal details, group assignments, tournament participation, event history, transactions, and services. This guide outlines how to navigate a member profile and the key functions available within each tab.
To access a member profile, locate the CRM tab, select Members. Search for a specific member, and select the profile name:
Personal Tab
The Personal tab displays all base member information, including contact details and account settings. Administrators can edit and update this information as needed.
Groups Tab
The Groups tab categorizes members into specific contact groups, such as Members, Tournament Participants, and Course Contacts. This helps streamline communication and management of different member segments. Select the "Preferences" tab to update contact preferences (Email/ Text Preferences):
Tournaments Tab
The Tournaments tab displays a member's past tournament history and upcoming tournament registrations. This allows administrators to track participation and performance.
Events Tab
The Events tab shows the member's previous and upcoming event registrations, including camps, clinics, and seminars. This helps administrators manage event participation and ensure proper enrollment.
Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab records all financial transactions related to the member. It includes the status of each transaction, such as Approved, Rejected, Approved Pending Payment, and more. This tab provides transparency in payment history and financial interactions.
Services Tab
The Services tab allows administrators to manually register members for various services, including tournaments, memberships, camps, and clinics. This ensures that members can be enrolled in multiple offerings as needed.
By effectively managing these tabs, administrators can efficiently oversee member profiles and provide better service within BlueGolf 360.
