Managing the CRM

The CRM module in BlueGolf 360 allows administrators to efficiently manage their member database, search for and access profiles, send communications, and generate reports. This guide provides an overview of key CRM features and how to use them.


Accessing the CRM


From the main dashboard, go to the CRM Tab.


  • The CRM houses all registered members and their profiles.
  • Use the search function to quickly find a specific member by name, email, or membership ID




Searching for Member Profiles


In the CRM Tab, use the search bar to look up members.


  • Filter results by status active, inactive or all registered
  • Click on a member’s name to open their full profile.




Emailing Member Directory


In the CRM tab, select Communication → Email →  Compose Custom Email


  • Select the recipients of the message 
  • Compose email, preview the email, and send



Generating Member Reports


In the CRM tab, select Reports→ Standard →  Select from the list of reports


  • Run reports on Member roster, Inactive member roster
  • Export reports to CSV, or download roster reports
