BlueGolf 360 provides administrators with a suite of Member Database Reports to efficiently manage member records. These reports help track membership status, contact information, payment details, and more. This article walks through how to generate and utilize these reports.
Accessing Member Database Reports
- Navigate to CRM
- From the BlueGolf 360 console, click CRM in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Select Reports
- Click Members > Reports and select Standard to access the available member reports.
- Generate Reports
- A list of pre-configured reports will appear. Click on the desired report to generate and download it.
Available Reports :
Membership Reports
- Member Roster Report – Provides a list of all members with additional membership details.
- Inactive Member Roster Report – Displays members who are inactive in the current season.
Communication & Contact Reports
- Mailing Labels – Generates mailing labels for all members in the database. Admins can customize the style and layout of the labels.
- Members with Unsubscribed Emails Report – Identifies members who have opted out of club communications.
- Members Email: Missing | Duplicate | Invalid Report– Detects members with:
- Missing emails on their profile
- Duplicate emails in the system
- Invalid email addresses
Payment & Transaction Reports
- Saved Credit Cards Report– Generates three reports:
- Active saved cards
- Expired saved cards
- Members without a saved card
Event Participation Reports
- Members Who Have Not Registered for a Seminar Report – Lists members who have not signed up for a seminar during the current season.
Handicap & Age Reports
- Members Handicap ID: Missing | Duplicate Report – Identifies members with missing or duplicate Handicap IDs.
- Members By Birthdate Report – Generates a list of members sorted by age. Users can set the "Show Age In" dropdown to determine the age calculation year.
Exporting Reports
Once a report is generated, follow these steps to export it:
- Right-click on the report that appears on the screen.
- Select Print from the menu.
- In the print dialog box, choose Save as PDF as the printer destination.
- Click Save, then select a location on your computer to store the file.
This process allows admins to easily download, share, or print reports as needed.
