BlueGolf 360 offers the ability to add check-in codes to certain reports used during live scoring. This feature helps tournament staff efficiently distribute check-in codes to players upon arrival. The two reports that support check-in codes are:
- By Starting Time (Two Columns) Report
- Player Sign-In Sheet Report
Enabling check-in codes within these reports provides players with their unique access code for digital scorecards, streamlining the live scoring check-in process.
By Starting Time (Two Columns) Report
The By Starting Time (Two Columns) report is commonly used for displaying tee times and player information in a clear, organized format. You can add check-in codes to this report to distribute them to players on-site.
Go to the Pairings Tab within your tournament, select the Reports sub-tab. Locate the report titled By Starting Time (Two Columns), and click the Setup link next to the report.
In the Setup Options, locate the checkbox labeled Check-In Codes. Check the box to enable Check-In Codes on the report.
The report will now display each player's unique check-in code, allowing them to access their digital scorecard.
Player Sign-In Sheet Report
The Player Sign-In Sheet is typically used for player check-in at registration. Adding check-in codes to this report allows you to relay players their code as they sign in, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
Go to the Players Tab within your tournament, select the Reports sub-tab. Locate the report titled Player Sign-In Sheet, and click the Setup link next to the report.
In the Setup Options, find the checkbox labeled Check-In Codes. Check the box to enable Check-In Codes on the report.
The Player Sign-In Sheet will now display each player’s check-in code, allowing tournament staff to easily provide codes at registration.
- Print both reports to have them readily available at registration.
- If any changes are made to tee times or player information, re-run the reports to ensure check-in codes are accurate.
