The Scoring Dashboard in BlueGolf 360 provides tournament directors with a real-time overview of live scoring activity. This dashboard allows for easy monitoring of player check-ins, scorecard statuses, and pace of play, ensuring a smooth tournament experience.
To access the scoring dashboard, navigate to the Scoring tab within the tournament, and select Dashboard:
Player Status Filtering
Tournament directors can use the "Show" dropdown menu to filter players based on their scoring status, including:
- Checked In – Players who have successfully checked in for live scoring.
- Not Checked In – Players who have not yet checked in for live scoring.
- Incomplete Scorecards – Players with missing hole scores.
- Finalized Scorecards – Players who have completed and finalized their scorecards.
- Not Finalized Scorecards – Players who have not yet finalized their scorecards.
- Signed Scorecards – Players who have signed their digital scorecards.
- Not Signed Scorecards – Players who have not yet signed their scorecards.
- Behind Pace of Play – Players who are behind the expected pace.
Dashboard Columns & Indicators
The Scoring Dashboard includes several important columns that help track player progress:
- Final – Indicates whether a player has finalized their scorecard.
- Signed– Displays the player's digital signature once the scorecard is signed.
- M- Indicates Marker has signed
- C- Indicates Competitor has signed
- TD- Indicates Tournament Director signed for the players
- Pace of Play – Tracks whether a player is on pace or behind based on tournament timing expectations.
Tournament directors can monitor live scoring updates and address any issues in real time, such as players failing to check in, missing signatures, or slow pace of play. This tool provides full visibility into the scoring process and helps ensure accurate and efficient tournament operations.
