BlueGolf 360 allows tournament directors to add check-in codes directly to custom scorecards, giving players easy access to their digital scorecard for live scoring. This is especially helpful for events using customized scorecard layouts where standard scorecards may not be applicable.
Step 1: Access the Custom Scorecard Report
- Within your tournament, navigate to the Scoring Tab, Select the reports Sub-Tab.
- Locate the Custom Scorecard Report from the available reports.
- Click Manage next to the Custom Scorecard Report.
Step 2: Edit the Custom Scorecard Design
- After selecting Manage, locate your desired Custom Scorecard from the list. Click Design next to the scorecard to enter the Scorecard Design Area.
- Once in the design area, locate and select the Insert button in the toolbar.
- From the dropdown, select Player Data Field. In the Player Data Field dropdown, scroll through the options and select Check-In Code.
- The Check-In Code field will now appear on the scorecard template. Click and drag the Check-In Code field to the desired location on the scorecard.
- Recommended Locations: Near the player’s name, tee time, or scoring section for easy access. Once positioned correctly, click Save to save your custom scorecard design.
Step 3: Generate Custom Scorecards with Check-In Codes
- Return to the Custom Scorecard Report screen, and select the round you wish to generate scorecards for.
- Click Generate to produce the Custom Scorecards with embedded Check-In Codes.
Once generated, print or distribute the scorecards to players.
