Embedding Check-In Codes on Standard Scorecards for Live Scoring

BlueGolf 360 allows tournament directors to embed check-in codes directly on Standard Scorecards, giving players their unique access code for digital scorekeeping. This feature ensures players can quickly check-in and access their digital scorecards without requiring a separate sheet or document.

Step 1: Navigate to the Standard Scorecard Report

• Within your tournament, go to the Scoring Tab. Select the Reports Sub-Tab.
• Locate the report titled Standard Scorecard. 
• Click the report to open the Scorecard Setup.

Step 2: Enable Check-In Codes

• Once in the Scorecard Setup, you will see a checkbox labeled Check-In Codes.
• Select the checkbox to enable check-in codes on the scorecards.

Step 3: Generate the Scorecards with Check-In Codes

• After selecting the round and enabling Check-In Codes, click Generate to create the scorecards.
• The check-in codes will now appear on each player’s individual scorecard, allowing them to easily access their digital scorecard for live scoring.
