Modified on Wed, 7 May at 3:04 PM

BlueGolf’s Membership module includes a suite of built-in reports to help administrators manage financial tracking, payment statuses, discounts, and communications. These reports offer both summary and detailed views, allowing you to quickly assess trends or dive into transaction-level details. This article outlines how to access the reports and provides an overview of each available report type

Accessing Membership Reports

  • Navigate to the Registration tab in your Membership program.

  • Click Manage, then select Reports.

  • From this page, you’ll see a list of available built-in reports.

  • Each report offers two viewing options:

    • Summary Report – Displays aggregated totals and high-level insights.

    • Detailed Report – Shows line-by-line data for each registration, payment, or refund.

Available Membership Reports

Payment Reconciliation Report- Summarizes all successful membership payments, including player name, date, amount paid, and payment method. Useful for reconciling deposits with your payment processor or accounting system.

Registration Transaction Report- Displays all registration-related transactions—both successful and failed. This report is ideal for reviewing registration activity over a date range and checking for anomalies or trends.

Rejected Payment Report- Lists all registrations where payment attempts failed or were declined. Use this to follow up with players or to reattempt payment processing.

Outstanding Deferred Payment Report- Identifies registrations where players selected a deferred payment option but have not yet completed payment. Helps admins track who still owes money and take follow-up actions.

Early Registration Discount Activity Report- Shows which players received early registration discounts, the discount amount applied, and when the registration occurred. Useful for evaluating the effectiveness of discount strategies.

Mailing Labels- Generates printable mailing labels for all active or registered members. A convenient option for sending physical mailers, membership cards, or welcome packets.

Refund Reconciliation Report - Details all processed refunds, including player name, refund date, and amount. Use this report to match refunds with accounting records or payment processor logs.

Refund Transaction Report- Shows every refund issued, pending, or rejected, including the original transaction it relates to. Ideal for a deeper audit of refund activity.

Rejected Refund Report- Lists refund attempts that failed or were rejected, typically due to issues with the original payment method. Use this report to identify players who need follow-up.
