Designing the Membership Registration Form

Administrators can customize the membership registration form to ensure it aligns with their club's unique needs. This feature allows administrators to add, remove, and rearrange fields, as well as include custom fields for additional information. By following the steps below, administrators can configure the registration form that members will use during the registration process.

How to Design the Membership Registration Form

• Navigate to the Design Registration Form Setting
  • Go to the Registration tab.
  • Select Manage and then Setup.
  • Click on Design Registration Form.

• Configure Fields

  • Select Configure Fields to begin customizing the form.

  • You will see two sections: Fields on form and Fields not on form.

• Add or Remove Fields

  • To add a field, simply double-click on it in the Fields not on form section.

  • To remove a field, double-click on it in the Fields on form section.

  • You can add or remove any fields as needed for your registration process.

• Add Custom Fields

  • Use Custom Fields to include any custom information you want to collect from registrants. This could be anything from additional membership preferences to custom information.

• Make Fields Required

  • To ensure a field must be completed during registration, click Edit next to the desired field.

  • In the field settings, check the Required checkbox to make this field mandatory for registrants to fill out.

  • This ensures that the registrant cannot submit the form without providing the required information.

• Save Changes
  Once the desired fields have been added or removed, click Save to save the changes to your form.

Once saved, the customized registration form will be visible to members during the registration process. Members will be prompted to fill out the fields according to the configuration you’ve set, providing a streamlined and tailored registration experience.
