If you're ready to begin accepting new members, you'll need to ensure that your membership registration is activated. This is controlled by the Registration Deadline setting in BlueGolf 360.
Follow the steps below to activate membership registration:
Steps to Activate Membership Registration
Go to the Registration tab.
Select Membership from the left-hand menu.
Click Manage, then select Setup.
Scroll down to the Membership Registration Settings section.
Click on Registration Settings.
How the Registration Deadline Works
If the Registration Deadline is set to a future date, membership registration is open.
If the Registration Deadline is set to a past date, membership registration is closed, and registrants will see a message stating:
“Membership is currently unavailable.”
To Open Membership Registration
In the Registration Deadline field, enter a future date.
Click Save to apply the change.
This will reopen membership registration and allow new members to register.
Setting a future deadline ensures that registration remains open until the specified date. Be sure to update this regularly if your registration period extends beyond the current deadline.
