How to Set a Membership Registration Fee in BlueGolf 360

Setting a registration fee for your membership is a key part of configuring your membership program in BlueGolf 360. Administrators can also optionally apply an early registration discount to encourage members to sign up early.

Follow the steps below to set or update your membership registration fee:

How to Set the Registration Fee

• Navigate to the Registration tab.

• Select Membership from the left-hand menu.

• Click Manage, then choose Setup.

• Scroll down the page and click on Registration Fee.

In the registration Fee text box, enter the total price of membership (e.g., 135.00).:

How to Set an Early Registration Discount (Optional)

Toggle Early Registration Discount to On.

• Enter the Discount Amount — this is the amount subtracted from the regular membership fee (e.g., enter 15 for $15 off).

  • Example: If the membership fee is $135 and the discount is $15, the discounted price will be $120.

• Set the End Date and Time when the early registration discount should expire.

• Click Save to apply your changes.

Setting a registration fee ensures members are charged the correct amount during sign-up, and offering a discount can help drive early renewals or sign-ups.
