BlueGolf 360’s Coupons feature allows administrators to offer discounts on memberships, tournaments, camps, and more. Coupons can be tailored to specific user types, usage limits, and expiration dates, giving you complete control over your promotions.
Accessing the Coupons Setting
Go to the Registration tab.
Select Membership from the left-hand menu.
Click Manage, then choose Coupons from the list of settings.
Adding a New Coupon
To create a new coupon:
Select Add.
Fill in the following details:
Coupon Name – Internal label for organizing coupons.
Amount – The dollar value discounted from the total (e.g., entering 25 = $25 off).
Applies To – Choose where the coupon applies (e.g., Membership, Tournaments, Camps, etc.).
Expiration Date/Time – The coupon will automatically expire at this date and time.
Overall Maximum # of Uses – Total number of redemptions allowed across all codes.
Per Code Maximum # of Uses – Limits how many times each unique coupon code can be redeemed.
Each Code Can Be Used – Choose if the same user can use the code once or multiple times (e.g., for multiple events or tee times).
Eligible Users – Select who can use the coupon:
Everyone
Members Only
Non-Members Only
New Members Only
Coupon Code – Enter the custom code users will apply during checkout.
Select Save to activate the coupon.
Managing Coupons
After creating coupons, use the following tools to manage them:
Settings – Label how the coupon appears to members and players.
Recent Use – Run a usage report within a selected date range.
Coupon Codes – View all used coupon codes and their status.
Coupon Manager – View a full list of all coupons created, toggle them active/inactive, and review specific coupon usage.
Coupons are a powerful way to incentivize sign-ups and drive membership growth. Take advantage of these flexible tools to create value-driven promotions.
