Tracking Text Message Usage and History

Administrators can monitor text message usage and history within BlueGolf 360 to track communication activity. This feature provides insights into the number of texts sent, recipients, and message details.



Accessing Text Message Usage and History

  • Navigate to the CRM Tab

    • Go to the CRM tab in the BlueGolf 360 console.
    • Select Contacts, Reports, Standard Reports.



  • Viewing Text Message Usage Counts

    • Locate the Text Usage report in the list.
    • Click the Counts link to view a table displaying the number of each type of text message sent by your organization.



  • Accessing Text Message History

    • Click the History link to see a complete record of text messages sent.
    • Use the Date Filter to narrow results to a specific time period.



  • Reviewing Text Message Details

    • The table includes:
      • Date Sent – When the text was sent.
      • Sent By – The admin who sent the message.
      • Type – The type f text message
      • Count– The number of recipients 




By utilizing these tools, administrators can effectively track text communications and ensure proper messaging oversight.
