Tracking Email Usage and History

Administrators can review email usage and history within BlueGolf 360 to monitor communication activity. This feature provides insights into the number of emails sent, recipients, and message details.


Accessing Email Usage and History

  • Navigate to the CRM Tab
    • Go to the CRM tab in the BlueGolf 360 console.
    • Select Contacts, Reports, Standard Reports.




  • Viewing Email Usage Counts

    • Locate the Email Usage report in the list.
    • Click the Counts link to view a table showing the number of each type of email sent by your organization.


  • Accessing Email History

    • Click the History link to see a complete record of emails sent.
    • Use the Date Filter to narrow results to a specific time period.



  • Reviewing Email Details

    • The table includes:
      • Date Sent – When the email was sent.
      • Sent By – The admin who sent the email.
      • Subject – The email subject line.


  • Recipients – The number of recipients (click the number to view the full recipient list).


  • Click the Details link to see the full email content, including wording and formatting.




By using these tools, administrators can effectively track email communications and ensure transparency in messaging.
