BlueGolf 360 allows administrators to generate contact-related reports from the Contact Directory. These reports help organize and manage communication by providing mailing labels, rosters, and contact counts for specific groups.
Steps to Generate Contact Reports
Navigate to the Reports Section
- In the BlueGolf 360 console, go to the CRM tab.
- Select Contacts, and then Reports and Standard.
Choose a Report Type
- A list of available reports will be displayed. Select the report that best suits your needs:
- Mailing Labels by Contact Group – Generates mailing labels for a specific contact group.
- Roster by Contact Group – Generates a list of all contacts within a selected contact group.
- Count by Contact Group – Displays the total number of contacts within a specific group.

Generate and Export the Report
- Select the desired contact group for the report.
- Click Generate Report to create the report.
