The Contact Address Book Setup in BlueGolf 360 allows administrators to customize how contact information is displayed, searched, and managed within the system. This ensures the contact directory is tailored to an organization’s needs, making it easier to navigate and retrieve relevant data.


Steps to Configure the Contact Address Book

  1. Access the Setup Options

    • In the BlueGolf 360 console, go to the CRM tab.
    • Select Contacts > Setup > Options.
    • A list of customization options will appear.



  1. Customize the Contact Address Book

    • Contact Directory Columns – Choose which columns appear in the contact directory using dropdowns.
    • Additional Search Data – Select whether club affiliation, residence, or other data should appear next to the contact name in search results.
    • Results Email Setup– Configure how results emails are formatted:
      • Display all partners on one line.
      • Display each partner on a separate line.
      • Display team name only.
    • Online Sign-Up Forms – Create custom online forms that contacts can fill out to be added to the directory.
