Administrators can customize key aspects of the membership registration process in BlueGolf 360 by updating the Membership Registration Settings. These settings allow control over registration deadlines, approval workflows, notification emails, and membership period structures.
Follow the steps below to locate and configure these settings:
Accessing Membership Registration Settings
Go to the Registration tab.
Select Membership from the left-hand menu.
Click on Setup.
Scroll down to the section labeled Membership Registration Settings.
Select Registration Settings to open the configuration panel.
Available Settings and Descriptions
Registration Deadline- Set a specific date to close membership registration. Once this date passes, users will no longer be able to register for membership.
Member Approval Required
Toggle this setting to Yes or No.If set to Yes, all submitted memberships must be manually approved by an administrator.
This is often used when admins need to review applicants before confirming membership.
Email Address- Enter an email address to receive notifications when a new member registers and requires approval. Only one email address can be entered in this field.
Additional Info- Use this field to include any extra information relevant to the membership (e.g., refund policy, eligibility requirements, etc.). This information will be visible to registrants.
Membership Period (Set by BlueGolf Staff)
Choose between Season or Anniversary:
Season: Membership is valid from January 1 to December 31 of the current year.
Anniversary: Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of registration (e.g., registered on May 15, 2025, membership ends May 14, 2026).
Season Start and End Date
Define the seasonal membership start and end dates. These dates help with internal reporting and should align with your operational calendar if using the Season membership period.
By setting up these options, administrators can better manage how and when golfers join their organization, maintain control over the approval process, and ensure communication around new registrations.
