BlueGolf 360 allows administrators to automate a variety of email notifications related to membership registration and transactions. These emails help streamline communication with your members by automatically sending status updates based on specific actions.
To manage these emails, navigate to the Registration tab on the left-hand menu, select Membership > Manage > Setup, and locate the Automated Emails section. From here, you can review, customize, and enable each email type based on your needs.
Automated Membership Email Types:
Approved
Sent when a membership transaction is approved and the payment is successfully processed.Registration Acknowledgement
Sent after a member completes the registration process but before their credit card has been charged.Registration Denied
Sent when a membership registration is denied, typically due to eligibility requirements not being met.Payment Denied
Sent when a member completes registration but the payment attempt fails.Cancellation Acknowledgment
Sent when a member requests a cancellation, but the cancellation has not yet been approved.Cancellation Processed, Refund Issued
Sent once a cancellation is approved and a refund has been successfully issued.Unable to Process Refund
Sent when a cancellation is approved, but the refund could not be processed.Fee Adjustment, Refund Issued
Sent when a fee previously added to the registration is removed and refunded successfully.Fee Adjustment, Payment Denied
Sent when an added fee cannot be successfully charged to the member.Upgrade Approved
Sent when a member successfully upgrades their membership and the payment is processed.Upgrade Registration Acknowledgement
Sent when a member initiates a membership upgrade but the payment has not yet processed.
