BlueGolf 360 provides administrators with the ability to manage different types of registration forms to collect essential information from members and players. These forms include the Base Form, Membership Form, and Tournament Forms. Each serves a specific purpose and can be customized to streamline the registration process.
Managing the Base Form
The Base Form is a comprehensive form that stores core information for each member within their profile. It acts as a catch-all for personal details, contact information, and any other necessary data. Administrators can edit and update this form to ensure that member records remain accurate and complete. From the CRM tab, select member, setup, forms, and select base form:
Managing the Membership Form
The Membership Form is specifically used when players register for memberships. This form can be customized to collect additional information relevant to memberships, such as handicap details, club affiliations, or additional contact information. Adjusting this form ensures that administrators receive all the necessary details to manage memberships efficiently. From the Registration tab, select Membership, Manage, Setup, and select "Design Registration Form":
Managing the Default Tournament Form
The Default Tournament Form serves as the standard registration form for all tournaments. It includes essential fields for player details, eligibility criteria, and other relevant information. While this default form provides consistency across events, individual tournament forms can be modified based on specific tournament requirements. From the Registration tab, select Tournaments, Manage, Setup, and select "Setup Default Form":
