How to Set Up a Membership Rules Quiz in BlueGolf 360

BlueGolf 360 allows administrators to create Rules Quizzes that must be completed before a member can register. These are commonly used to ensure members understand the rules, guidelines, or code of conduct for the season or organization.

Accessing the Rules Quiz Setup

• Go to the Registration tab.

• Select Membership from the left-hand menu.

• Click Manage, then select Rules Quiz from the list of settings.

Creating a New Rules Quiz

• Click Add to start creating a new quiz.

• Enter the following details:

  • Name – Title of the quiz (e.g., "2025 Membership Rules Quiz").

  • Passing Score – Set the score required to pass the quiz.

  • Display Options (When Quiz is Complete):

    • Never Show

    • Always Show

    • Always Show Questions, Not Correct Answers

    • Only When Quiz is Passed

• Select Save to add the quiz to your quiz list.

Assigning Quizzes to Divisions

If your program uses divisions:

• Click the Division column for the quiz.

• Choose which divisions the quiz applies to.

Adding Questions to the Quiz

• Click Edit next to the quiz name.

• Choose:

  • Add New Question – Enter the question in the text box and click Save.

    • Then, select Add Option to enter possible answers.

    • Repeat for all questions.

  • Add Existing Question – Choose from questions previously used in other quizzes.

Distributing the Quiz

Each quiz generates a unique link that can be:

• Shared via email

• Posted on your program website

• Embedded in registration instructions

Quiz Requirements and Controls

On the Rules Quiz Manager page, you can set whether the quiz is:

• Required for Membership Registration

• Required for Tournament Registration

If set to Yes, users must pass the quiz before they can register.
