Tracking Pace of Play in the App with Live Scoring

BlueGolf 360 allows tournament directors to track and display Pace of Play in the app, giving players real-time feedback on their position relative to the expected pace. Follow the steps below to set up and enable Pace of Play tracking in Live Scoring.

Setting Up Pace of Play

Go to the Pairings Tab

• Within the tournament, navigate to the Pairings tab.
• Locate the Play Time column.
• Click "Not Setup" under the Play Time column to configure Pace of Play settings.

Choose a Tracking Method- Select how Pace of Play should be measured:

• Default Pace of Play – Uses standard system pace guidelines.
• Custom Pace of Play by Course – Set unique pace expectations for each course.
• Pace of Play by Tee – Adjust pace settings based on specific tee boxes.
• Save the Pace of Play Settings

Displaying Pace of Play in the App

1. Go to the Scoring Tab

   • Within the tournament, navigate to the Scoring tab.
   • Select the Mobile sub-tab
   • Check the box for "Show Pace of Play" to enable the feature.
   • Click Save to apply the changes.

Once enabled, Pace of Play information will be visible in the app, helping players stay on track and tournament officials monitor group progress.
