The Tournament Schedule in BlueGolf 360 provides a centralized way to organize and manage your events. Easily access and add tournaments, adjust tournament visibility, and archive events to keep your schedule organized. Utilize schedule filters to quickly find specific tournaments based on date, status, or other criteria, ensuring efficient tournament management.
1) Add Tournament
In the Tournaments tab, administrators can add new tournaments by selecting the "Add Tournament" link. Choose the number of tournament slots needed, set visibility preferences, and select a tournament template if applicable. Finally, assign user access permissions to control who can manage the newly added tournaments.
2) Tournament Visibility
Administrators can control tournament visibility in BlueGolf using the "Visible" column. If set to "Yes," the tournament is publicly visible; if set to "No," it remains hidden. This setting is useful for keeping tournaments private while they are still being set up and not yet ready to go live.
3) Archive Tournaments
BlueGolf allows administrators to "Archive" tournaments on the schedule. Archiving a tournament does not delete the tournament, but places the tournament in the archived section of tournament management. This feature is helpful when the tournament is not needed for a specific season, or removing it from the schedule to keep the schedule more organized. Archived tournaments are not visible, and can be "Un- archived" at any time.
4) Tournament Schedule Filters
The Schedule Filters feature in BlueGolf 360 helps administrators quickly navigate and manage tournaments. Easily filter the schedule by date (month, upcoming, or current events) or use custom schedules to view specific tournament groupings. This tool streamlines event organization, making it easier to find and manage tournaments efficiently.
